Welcome to Maison Blue Bakehouse, where every loaf, cookie, and blend is made with intention, transparency, and a whole lot of heart.

We’re a small batch, woman-owned bakehouse nestled in the rolling hills of the Maryland Appalachia. At Maison Blue, we believe that good food should feel good, where it comes from, how it’s made, and how it tastes. Our goods are handmade using high-quality ingredients sourced from small and local businesses, with an emphasis on comfort, sustainability, and joy. We reuse and upcycle wherever we can - from jars to packaging because taking care of our people and our planet matters.

This isn’t factory baking. It’s a handcrafted experience. Whether you’re reaching for a fresh-baked loaf or a ready-to-bake treat, you can trust it’s been made with care, not shortcuts.

Why We Bake

Maison Blue was born from a deep love of feeding people. My name is Christabelle, and some of my earliest and dearest memories are in my Grandma Ann’s kitchen, watching her turn simple ingredients into something magical. She inspired me to find joy in the details, patience in the process, and love in every bite. I’ve taken that energy and mindset to my own home and to the people who share space at my table, and that same energy lives on in this bakehouse.

Baking from scratch with care isn’t always accessible for everyone, maybe you’re too busy, maybe it feels intimidating, maybe you just want something special without the stress or to know that you always have access to fresh bread. That’s where I come in. I started Maison Blue to offer people the warmth and satisfaction of homemade goods, even if they don’t have the time or tools to make it themselves.
